We are happy to reach your order at your door step. Our shipping method will ensure you to deliver your order safe and sound. We choose courier companies like FedEx to deliver your order.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization delays or holidays. We aim to dispatch all ready to ship items 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your respective country. We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched. All orders will require a signature upon delivery, however, in some cases for deliveries to a residential address the shipment may be left at the door.
We will inform you once the order dispatched. Dispatch of the item will depend on your order. Custom stitch order will take longer time than usual. All orders do take about 2-5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch depending on the respective destination. ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
After order confirmation you are not able to change the delivery address. You could make a mail to us for address change request after 48 hours of your order confirmation. We will ensure you through conversation if we are able to change the address or not.
We are not able to change your address post dispatch. May the address change will charge at an extra cost to you which we have to pay the courier company. Though we will not ensure any address change request , all depends on situation.
Layraa Boutique insures each purchase until it is delivered to you, at which point liability for your purchased goods is transferred to you. You do not suffer for parcel lost during transit. The in-transit risk all ours and borne by Ideal Libaas. However, Ideal Libaasis not liable for lost/stolen packages or any other damages to the package post being left at the customer’s address by the courier company. We are not liable for after delivered by Courier Company.If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we suggest you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound or we would advise calling the courier company fulfilling your order (i.e DHL, FedEx, UPS) alongside your tracking number and request to pick up your package at their nearest authorized pick up point closest to your address. Your tracking number will send to you by shipping details e-mail. We send details to you after item dispatched by us.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Ideal Libaas and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
PACKAGE REFUSED AT DELIVERY
If for any reason you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery, a 75% re stocking fee will be levied upon your order and will be deducted from the refund amount to you.
We are not liable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Please make sure to provide us the address where you are able to receive it safely.
We provide free shipping. If there aren’t any free shipping offers available you have to pay the shipping cost. This will be different according to the country you reside. You are able to know the exact before actual payment.
TAXES & DUTIES
To most countries, our items are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are not including any import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties which may be payable, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
